Photography props are not suitable for everyday use and should be handled with care with babies and toddlers.
Props should not to be left ALONE WITH BABY or TODDLER.
We attempt to display prop images as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting and different devices you might be using, the color in the image may vary slightly for the actual color of the product.
Ready to Ship Orders (RTS) are shipped within 1-3 business days. Preorders are sent within 2-4 weeks time depending upon the size of the order. If your order has Ready to Ship and Preorder props then order will be shipped when everything is ready. If you want Ready to Ship items first then place 2 different orders, one with Ready to ship and 1 with preorders.
Orders within the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on their weight. The option to upgrade to Priority Mail or Express is available on all orders at the time of checkout.
Your items will typically arrive within 2-6 business days after shipping. As soon as the order ships, you will receive a shipping email with a tracking number
We ship to selected countries! International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International mail service. Delivery time for all international orders varies by country. Most customers receive their packages within 10-14 business days. However, some can take up to 4-6 weeks. A tracking number is always provided for your convenience.
First Class shipping to most countries is reasonable in price and usually acceptable, but does not allow for insurance. K2CBlooms cannot assume the cost for loss or damage in shipping. Insurance coverage for most countries with USPS Priority Mail shipping is also fairly reasonable and an available option during the check out process.
All duty and taxes incurred for international packages are the responsibility of the customer. Due to legalities, we cannot mark packages as gifts or lower their value. If you are in a country that has high customs fees, we suggest you order items separately.
Please note that you assume all responsibility for ANY CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
Due to the majority of our items being custom made, we generally do not accept returns. All returns/exchanges are decided on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are unhappy with your purchase.

We work hard to ensure that your product arrives safely in your hands. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please report this to us within 72 hours of receipt of the package.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product plus taxes minus the shipping . Unless your order arrived damaged, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
